We accept returns on all products within 14 days. We will not accept exchanges or exchange for sizing after your receipt of the item. Please follow our directions about choosing the correct size for the best possible fit. All returns must be made within 14-days and all returns will be subject to a $6 USD reprocessing fee. Please contact us first to receive a RMA Number at (800) 664-5370 or email@example.com, and we will help you process the return. Once the RMA Number given to you, you must write this number in large black letters on the outside of the package you are shipping to us. If there is no RMA Number on the outside of the package, then the package will be returned to sender or not returned to sender at all. If you send a product back to us without an RMA Number, then we will not process a refund and are not responsible to send the product back to you. You cannot use one RMA Number for multiple returns of different orders. We do not refund the original cost of shipping, and do not pay for you to ship the product back to us. If the item is used or damaged, the return may be subject to additional return processing fees which we will determine at inspection, and may be subject to no refund at all if the item is damaged or soiled. If you would like to exchange your product for a different size, we must process this as a refunded return first, and then you must re-order the new size. Your return must be in its original package, cannot be used, cannot be damaged or altered, cannot smell dirty or used, and must contain a reason for the return. Please understand we reserve the right to refuse returns we feel are unfair to our company. We want you to be happy with our product, so be fair with us and let us keep developing great products for you and the rest of the world.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once the package has been shipped out of the United States of America, we are unable to refund or replace items if you do not receive them. By purchasing an item for overseas delivery, you accept the risk of non-delivery due to theft, loss, or customs withholding. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing non-delivered items.
